The Center for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Somalia was established in 2010 with the mission of providing accessible and high-quality graduate education to young Somali professionals. Aimed at empowering ambitious graduates from local universities, the center offers a pathway for career advancement through a diverse range of specialized master’s programs. Recognizing the challenges faced by many—whether due to financial constraints, professional commitments, or other barriers that prevent them from pursuing studies abroad—the center aims to foster academic growth and career development locally. By offering accessible postgraduate programs, UNISO empowers these individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge without the need to leave the country.
